The goods were shipped in just a couple of hours, but I had to wait for the usual 3-4 weeks, I do not remember exactly. It's a pity that they just treated them like this in a pedestal. I do not think that it is the fault of the store, but rather the transport company and personally the person who delivers the goods to Postamat. I had to steam, in general, returned both hats a decent look. Although at close examination, jambs are visible. I recommend not to order in Postamat.

For some reason the hat was crushed and I don’t know if I’ll be able to get it to the correct form again the plastic insert would’ve helped if it hadn’t been crushed as well the other hat I got from the same people that hat came in perfect shape in the same bag so go figure

This hat came in all crushed and bent up, very unhappy with this and will not be ordering any further hat from this store until they find a better way to package and ship their hats.
